Adobe Acrobat Viewer Support

Many documents on this web site are available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. In order to view these documents, Adobe Acrobat Reader, a freely distributed product available from Adobe Systems, must be installed on your computer. Our PDF documents have been generated with tools that claim compatibility with versions 5.5 and above of Acrobat Reader. There have been some issues reported with viewing some of our PDF documents with versions 5.5 and 6.0 of Acrobat Reader, especially when installed as a plugin for Internet Explorer. If you experience problems viewing PDF files (for example, you get a blank screen instead of a rendered document) we suggest a couple of remedies that may resolve your viewing difficulty:

1) Save and view the PDF file locally. Do this by right-clicking on the link with your mouse and save the file on your PC's hard disk and then open and view the PDF file with the Acrobat Reader application.

2) Upgrade your installation of Acrobat Reader to the latest version available. The latest version of Acrobat Reader can be found on Adobe's web site, www.adobe.com. Other customers have found that using Version 7.0 of Acrobat Reader has remedied their Internet Explorer viewing problems.

Typically, one of these two suggestions has remedied viewing issues with these files.

MacroMedia Flash Support
MacroMedia Flash is used on this web site on a limited basis. Where possible, the option to view non-Flash pages has been implemented for those who do not have the Flash player installed. If you wish to view Flash presentations and currently do not have the Flash player installed, please visit MacroMedia's web site (www.macromedia.com) to obtain their free Flash player plugin for your browser.
