From San Jose Airport:
- Start out going Northeast on AIRPORT PKWY towards OLD BAYSHORE HWY by turning left.
- AIRPORT PKWY becomes E. BROKAW RD.
- Take the I-880 NORTH ramp towards OAKLAND.
- Merge onto I-880 N.
- Take the CA-237/CALAVERAS BLVD. Stay to the LEFT on the offramp.
- At the light, turn left onto CA-237 WEST. Immediately get into the rightmost lane.
- Exit the McCARTHY BLVD. offramp.
- At the light, turn RIGHT onto N. McCARTHY BLVD.
- Stay on N. McCARTHY BLVD., passing RANCH DR. twice (Ranch Dr. is a loop off of McCarthy Blvd.).
- Look for the sign "McCarthy Center 400-490" on the right.
- Turn right into the driveway, following the signs to 490 N. McCarthy Blvd. California Micro Devices occupies the first floor of the building (#100).

From San Francisco Airport:
- Start out going West on ARRIVING FLIGHTS ACC towards AIRPORT EXIT by turning left.
- Stay straight to go onto AIRPORT EXIT.
- Take the US-101 SOUTH ramp towards SAN JOSE.
- Merge onto US-101 S.
- Take the CA-237 EAST exit towards ALVISO/MILPITAS.
- Merge onto CA-237 EAST
- Exit McCARTHY BLVD. offramp.
- At the light, turn LEFT onto N. McCARTHY BLVD.
- Stay on N. McCARTHY BLVD., passing RANCH DR. twice (Ranch Dr. is a loop off of McCarthy Blvd.).
